Built for Energisation

P-Frequency was established in 2022 with a clear objective: to support DNOs, IDNOs, developers, ICPs, and asset owners in successfully connecting major load and generation projects to the UK Transmission and Distribution networks.

At P-Frequency, we do not operate as a traditional consultancy delivering generic advisory services. Instead, we work as a technical and delivery partner to our clients, with a strong focus on achieving successful energisation and compliance outcomes. We approach every project with the mindset that our client’s energisation milestone is our goal as well.

Our expertise covers the full spectrum of grid compliance, energisation, and power system integration services; from straightforward technical documentation and compliance submissions through to complex transmission studies, power system assessments, EMT modelling, and cyber security assurance. We also provide support for G99 and Grid Code compliance testing, including both test execution and witnessing services.

Since our establishment, we have supported the energisation and grid integration of more than 1,000MW of solar farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and data centre projects across the UK electricity network. Our team has successfully delivered strategic and technically complex projects across both the UK and Middle East markets.

P-Frequency maintains strategic framework agreements with a major IDNO in the UK, enabling us to support projects efficiently through the compliance, design, and energisation process. In addition to our engineering and compliance services, we have recently expanded into supplying our own branded BESS solutions, offering both plug-and-play systems and utility-scale battery storage packages tailored to the evolving needs of the energy market.
